January 23-26 – Patriot Mobile was the exclusive Wi-Fi sponsor of the record-breaking 2024 Shot Show, keeping attendees and exhibitors connected with lightning-fast Wi-Fi. This year’s massive show in Las Vegas, Nevada spanned 13.9 miles of aisles with over 55,400 industry professionals and 2,500 exhibits spanning four convention halls. This show is exclusively for shooting, hunting, outdoor trade and commercial buyers and sellers of military, law enforcement and tactical products and services.
Patriot Mobile helped launch the show with a bang by sponsoring the Fifth Annual Gundie Awards. The Gundies are the firearm community’s voter choice awards, recognizing some of the industry’s top influencers and creators. Scott Coburn, Patriot Mobile’s Chief Marketing Officer, took to the awards show stage to share his passion for the Second Amendment and Patriot Mobile’s commitment to protecting our God-given constitutional rights and freedoms. “There are many companies out there funding organizations that want to take away our guns,” said Coburn. “I can say with confidence, Patriot Mobile does more to support our Second Amendment right to bear arms than any other cell phone service provider in this country. It’s in our DNA.”
During SHOT Show, Patriot Mobile was honored to receive the “Ladies Choice Award” for “Best Cellular Service” by Shooting for Women Alliance Founder, Susan Romanov. Romanov emphasized Patriot Mobile’s distinctive feature as one of the only mobile carriers providing wireless coverage on all three major networks, positioning it as an added safety measure for women. Depending on their device, Patriot Mobile customers can have two sim cards with two phone numbers on one phone that automatically switches to the best coverage for the area they are in. “Patriot Mobile’s capability to have multiple networks on one phone, consolidated in a single convenient bill, ensures the optimal chance for cell service when that need for service is critical.” Patriot Mobile’s Chief Communications Officer, Leigh Wambsganss, accepted the award. ”In the pursuit of self-protection, women require every available tool,” said Wambsganss. “The Second Amendment ensures women’s right to self-protection, and in this equation, reliable phone service plays a critical role. Patriot Mobile empowers women by supporting both.”
There were several educational forums during SHOT and the Third Annual Governors Forum was standing room only. Seven of our nation’s governors discussed the importance of the Second Amendment and the hunting, fishing, firearms, and ammunition industries in their states. Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders recounted an impactful conversation she had with her father: “My dad taught me from a very early age that you cannot truly be a great country if you can’t feed yourself, fuel yourself, and fight for yourself — to defend our freedoms. The ability to protect ourselves safeguards all the other freedoms.” We were pleased to hear the governors share their thoughts on the importance of upholding the Second Amendment.
Patriot Mobile’s booth was buzzing with excitement from special appearances by Second Amendment superstars like Donald Trump Jr, Kyle Rittenhouse, Ted Nugent, Kash Patel, Dana Loesch, and many more. Though it was Patriot Mobile’s first time to participate in SHOT Show, our amazing hard-working booth staff rocked the convention floor, making the Patriot Mobile booth the place to be. The Patriot Mobile team connected with thousands of attendees and exhibitors, and we are excited for Shot Show 2025!
