August 8 – Concerned Women for America (CWA)’s “She Prays She Votes” bus made their Texas stop at the Embrace Grace headquarters in Dallas-Fort Worth. Patriot Mobile is honored to sponsor this nationwide tour as it travels through 11 states, including battleground states likes Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada. This initiative aims to inspire women across the nation to pray, vote, and make a difference in their communities through grassroots action.

The day was filled with impactful moments, beginning with Patriot Mobile staff and volunteers gathering at Embrace Grace to assemble Love Boxes. These thoughtfully crafted boxes, which are delivered to crisis pregnancy centers, are a lifeline of encouragement for women facing unplanned pregnancies, to urge them to choose life.

The day culminated in a stirring rally, featuring powerful speeches emphasizing the importance of the upcoming November election. “It’s easy to forget that the country is hanging on the precipice of disaster. I don’t say that to scare anybody or to dispirit anyone. In fact, it is to energize,” radio host Mark Davis said. He reminded the audience of the miraculous victory of the Dobbs decision that overturned Roe v. Wade, which also seemed impossible at the time. Speaking to the women, he said, “If she prays enough and she votes enough, and those among us do the same thing, we’re going to win!”

Rebekah Warwick, Texas State Director for Heritage Action, echoed these sentiments, urging attendees to ensure their communities are registered and ready to vote. “Our duty is to go out and share the facts with our friends, our neighbors, our family. Give them encouragement that we can right this country, that we can make the American dream attainable again,” she said.

Mary Elizabeth Castle, Director of Government Relations at Texas Values, emphasized the importance of voting with values rooted in faith, saying, “The reason why we have these values is because of our full belief in Jesus Christ. We know that there is freedom in following His principles.”

Amy Ford, Founder of Embrace Grace, shared her personal testimony and the inspiration behind her ministry, which encourages women to choose life for their baby. “We say pro-life is a stance. It’s a belief system, but pro-love is the action, and it’s God’s kindness that leads us to repentance,” she said. When ministering to women facing unplanned pregnancies, her message is one of hope and encouragement. “We want her to know and feel empowered that she can have her baby and her dreams too.” Ford also shared the profound impact of the partnership with Patriot Mobile. “Patriot Mobile has been huge advocates for us. We would not have the impact we have today if it wasn’t for Patriot Mobile,” she said.

Leigh Wambsganss, Patriot Mobile’s CCO, expressed the company’s commitment to the tour, saying, “Supporting the Concerned Women for America ‘She Prays She Votes’ bus tour was a no-brainer for Patriot Mobile. We are honored to do so. The very name ‘She prays, She votes,’ it emphasizes the importance of prayer and it emphasizes the importance of prayer with action,” said Wambsganss. “We know this is a spiritual war, not a political war, but it is a spiritual war that has to be fought in the physical realm.”

CWA President Penny Nance also shared powerful remarks, addressing the cultural challenges of our time. “We’re living in a time in our nation where people don’t believe in absolute truth. But Jesus said in John 14, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life.’ We know the author of truth. We need to stand for truth, and that’s what we’re going to do,” she said. “God chooses all of us to step forward at this moment and show the world our unique dignity and power as American Christian women.”

After the event, Patriot Mobile and CWA delivered the assembled Love Boxes to a local crisis pregnancy center. Nance led a prayer over the center and its volunteers, asking God to bless them and provide the resources necessary to continue their life-saving work.

As more conservatives awaken to the importance of voting with their spending, we’re grateful to have CWA become part of the Patriot Mobile family. “At CWA, we do all of this powered by Patriot Mobile. They are what keeps our cellphones running,” said Annabelle Rutledge, Executive VP of CWA. “We have never once collectively at CWA had a single issue. It’s amazing service… We’re voting with our dollars!”

In a time when cultural battles are raging across the country, we are grateful to stand alongside CWA and Embrace Grace in protecting and promoting our shared values through prayer and action. Get involved and learn more about these wonderful organizations on the CWA and Embrace Grace websites.
