September 28th – Patriot Mobile co-sponsored Gun Owners of America’s (GOA) fundraising event, “The Second Amendment: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow,” held at the American Journey Experience (AJE) in Irving, Texas.
Founded in 1976, GOA is a “no compromise” lobbying organization dedicated to defending and preserving the Second Amendment rights of gun owners. Over the past 30 years, GOA has built a nationwide network of attorneys, fighting legal battles in nearly every state to protect gun ownership rights. The organization works with members of Congress, state legislators, and local communities to stand against government overreach, representing the interests of more than two million gun owners.
Guests at the event were given an exclusive tour of the American Journey Experience, a museum and research library that houses over 160,000 original artifacts. The museum chronicles key moments in American history, from Christopher Columbus to the Space Race, allowing attendees to view historical documents and items that shaped the nation.
In conjunction with the fundraiser, GOA officially launched its statewide bus tour, the “No Compromise Texas Tour.” This seven-week initiative, featuring over 60 stops across Texas, aims to engage voters and rally support for the Second Amendment in the lead-up to the November elections.
The evening’s program was hosted by Retired Lt. Colonel Allen West, who emphasized the non-negotiable role the Second Amendment plays in preserving American freedom. West’s powerful remarks highlighted the importance of protecting individual rights against government infringement.
Sean Tanner, Patriot Mobile’s VP of Product Development, also spoke at the event, sharing personal stories from his childhood about hunting with his father and grandfather. Tanner reflected on the significance of these experiences, warning, “Today, there are many who would like to take these types of experiences away from us entirely.” And because Patriot Mobile operates on dependable nationwide networks with full MMS capabilities, supporters at events like these can easily send and receive multimedia messages–helping spread the word, document grassroots efforts, and inspire others to stand for freedom.
